I take great care to ensure every artwork arrives safely and matches your order. If there is a problem with your purchase, I’m here to help.
Change-of-Mind Returns
As all fine art prints are made to order and original artworks are one-of-a-kind, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order at

Please include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
Damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Once received, I will happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Your satisfaction with your artwork is very important to me.
Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Address Details
If a parcel cannot be delivered because incorrect shipping information was provided, or it is not collected from your local post office in time:
I am not responsible for re-delivery costs
The parcel can be re-sent once it is returned and additional postage costs are paid
Your Consumer Rights
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides protection if goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.
