Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

All fine art prints are made to order, and original artworks are packaged individually with care.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for fine art print production before dispatch

If there are any unexpected delays, I’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia only

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. I do my very best to make shipping as cheap as I possibly can however I have to work within Australia Post’s shipping fees.

Order A4 size and below are packed flat and have a $6 flat rate fee

Over A4 and they will be sent rolled in a post tube with a $20 flat rate fee.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard shipping: 3–10 business days depending on location

  • Regional areas: may take slightly longer

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been sent (sizes over A4 only)

Packaging

All artworks are packaged carefully to protect them during transit.

  • Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size

  • Original artworks are securely wrapped with protective materials

Great care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect it from your local post office:

  • Re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • The order can be re-sent once additional postage is paid

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and artwork so I can arrange a replacement where appropriate.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please get in touch and I will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
